About Us

Bay of Plenty Apiaries was established in 2014 by Tristan Pringle and Cushla Hume-Merry and now gathers honey from over 30,000 hectares of New Zealand's pristine native Mānuka and bush lands. Bay of Plenty Apiaries is a second generation beekeeping operation with over 20 years experience along with all knowledge that has been handed down.  

Bay of Plenty Apiaries focuses on the production of New Zealand's unique Mānuka Honey and also the supply of high quality beehives for the Horticulture Industry while following environmentally sustainable methods.
